Meet Gemma
Nominated Supervisor + Area Manager
Hi all! I'm Gemma, the Nominated Supervisor at Haly St Early Learning. I hold my Diploma and have 18 years of experience in the early childhood setting.
I began my journey here in Kingaroy! And has also taken me places from Gladstone, North and South Brisbane and now settled in back home in Kingaroy. Through my career I have held many positions which have widened my understanding of children and early years education.
I have a blended family with my partner, together we have 4 beautiful girls. I feel seeing my own children grow and be a part of the early years setting it has highlighted the importance as a parent around relationships and building a sense of trust and belonging. I strive to incorporate this in to Haly St with every family.
At Haly St Early Learning I am to build a team that is passionate, caring, experienced and professional; an environment that is fit for purpose and full of wonder and excitement and a safe and supportive place for families.
I am looking forward to taking a part in the early years journey with you!
